Classic Package  (Do it yourself)

  • Event Time Block:4 Hours ​(Additional hours are available)

  • Tables:60’ Rounds, Banquet Tables & 4 Cocktail Tables​

  • Linens: Venue does not provide the linens

  • Venue Staff:Will take care of the Set-Up/Tear down

  • Décor: Venue Signage only- No Table Décor Included (May be added on)

  • Event Coordination: Event coordinator will help you plan day of coordination

  • Ceremony Rehearsal: Not Included, but may be added on.

  • AV: Microphones & 3 TV’s for slide shows 

  • Vendor Set Up:Vendors are allowed access to the venue 2 hours prior to event time block

  • Complimentary time: 3 additional hours pre-event set up (You may set up the week of)

  • Week of Event:Week of check-in with your coordinator

  • Layout meeting: 30 days prior to your event you will meet with your coordinator to finalize floor plan, colors, & event details.

  • Arbor: Included 

  • One Bartender & Security

  • Chairs: White Resin
